Sanjivani University has announced a Five-Day Online Faculty Development Program (FDP) titled “Applications of Artificial Intelligence in Management Education & Business Decision Making.” The program will be conducted from 16–20 March 2026 in online mode through Google Meet, aiming to equip educators and professionals with practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applications in management and business analytics.
The Faculty Development Program is designed to address the growing importance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in academic teaching, research, and business decision-making processes. With rapid digital transformation across industries, the initiative seeks to empower faculty members, research scholars, and professionals with contemporary AI tools and analytical frameworks that can enhance teaching effectiveness and managerial decision-making capabilities.
According to the announcement, the FDP will consist of five sessions of 1.5 hours each day, totaling 7.5 contact hours, and participants who successfully complete the program will receive an E-Certificate.
Distinguished Resource Persons
The program will feature several distinguished national and international experts from academia and industry who will share their expertise on AI applications in management and business analytics.
Among the speakers is Ayush Anand, Senior Manager in Risk Analytics and Technology at Ernst & Young, who brings industry insights into data-driven decision-making and analytics.
Another resource person is Sameer Rohadia, an experienced professional in business intelligence and analytics, who will discuss the role of AI in modern business intelligence systems.
The international perspective will be provided by Victoria Korzak from Baranavichy State University, who will present insights into AI integration in global business education.
The program will also feature Helaru Kaluge, a Certified Management Accountant based in New Zealand, bringing expertise in financial analytics and global accounting practices.
Additionally, Rishu Singh from Bank of Baroda will provide insights into AI applications in finance and foreign exchange management.
